Leadership 1.0?

Hi..I am making an attempt to share my thoughts on Leadership. I have heard a lot about leadership and also thought about it. Is Leader the one who is authoritative,commanding?  Let me try to categorize and see which one is a better leader:

Leader A-> Is the one who gets the work done by his team because he makes his team understand that he is the leader. In case the team members fails to cater their duty they will have to face the dare consequences.
A is a autocratic leader.
Leader B-> Well a leader of kind I mentioned above might succeed in most cases or may be cent percent, BUT at the same time there is something which is getting killed here. The talent, innovation and creativity might not come out under such a leader. So I would say such a leader is not a true leader.
Now we can have another set of leader who though encourages talent, creativity & Innovation but does not support them as the team moves forward with their Ideas. This in turn results is death of such idea. Under leader A the innovation did not took birth at all whereas under B they took birth though but could not live for long. They too died due to hunger. Hunger of support & resources.
Leader C->This leader is the one who is A+B meaning he encourages innovation, fresh ideas and supports them to the closure. New Ideas gets implemented successfully. But when it comes to giving the credit to the  person who came up with idea he fails in that. C does not give full credit to the originator. The credit in this case is shared by the leader himself or by some one who was not the actual source. This leader again is not true leader and can be more dangerous than A,B. This can lead to permanent killing of talent due to lack of motivation.
Leader D->D is set of leader who is A+B+C meaning they support innovation ,ensures the new ideas are implemented and the originator gets full credit. D seems to be a good leader and is able to motivate the team.
There are still some hiccups with D. He do not have good technical knowledge of the area on which his team is working. Due to which he do not enjoy very good respect from his team members. So despite having some good leadership skills he is not a good leader.
So a good leader is some one who is like A+B+C+D....& much more..
I would probably like to add those in Leadership 2.0....So watch out for this space for next version of Leadership blog...Looking for any kind of feedback from everyone to make the contents better...
